At Ruggable, we want you to love your rug, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all products in their original, unused condition. Please note that a $25 processing fee per item will be deducted from your refund for all returns.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully roll your rug with the pile facing inward and place it back into its original packaging or a similar heavy-duty plastic wrap.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
