How does the Ruggable two-piece system work?
Our patented system consists of a lightweight, machine-washable Rug Cover and a non-slip Rug Pad. The Cover attaches securely to the Pad using Cling Effect technology, ensuring it stays in place until you are ready to wash it.
How do I wash my Ruggable rug?
Simply peel the Rug Cover from the Pad and place it in your home washing machine with the design side facing out. Use cold water and a mild, non-bleach detergent. Tumble dry on low heat to keep the fibers looking fresh.
What is your return policy for US customers?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unused condition. Please note that a $25 processing fee per item will be deducted from your refund for returns.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most of our rugs are made-to-order to reduce waste. Standard shipping typically takes 1 to 2 weeks for delivery within the United States. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Yes, our rugs are designed with families in mind. They are made from non-toxic materials, and the ability to machine-wash the cover makes them ideal for handling spills, pet dander, and everyday messes.
